Sustainability in architecture is now a necessary and irreplaceable criterion of every project. For us at OGB STUDIO it has always been a priority. We are for an architecture that is able to minimize its environmental impact, but rather lives in harmony with the territory that surrounds it, conceived and built in the name of ecology in every aspect, from location, choice of materials and use of resources. We believe in an ideal balance of all elements, which is reflected in the wellbeing of its inhabitants, in terms of comfort and quality of life.
Our sustainability standards are based on world-renowned criteria, such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, ITACA and our approach is strong in specific and complementary skills, to provide truly strategic support, in the design and construction field, in the acquisition of main international certifications.
Our interest in energy and environmental sustainability is confirmed by our presence among the first members of the Green Building Council Italia and in the USGBC network, as well as our commitment in training with highly qualified professionals.

Founder and Partner of OGB STUDIO. Architect, LEED AP BD + C, LEED Green Rater, ENVISION SP, carries out consultancy and training activities on issues related to sustainable architecture, LEED, ENVISION, BREEAM, WELL, RESET, GRESB energy-environmental certification.

Architect
Founder and partner of OGB STUDIO, she is LEED AP O + M and ENVISION SP. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Roma Tre after a study experience at the Superior Technical School of Arquitectura de Granada (Spain).

CINZIA POLESINI
LEED AP ID+C
Architect
Architect, LEED AP ID + C and WELL AP. Always interested in the issues of environmental sustainability and energy saving, she completed her academic training with a II level Master "Designer of Sustainable Architectures" at InArch (Rome) and an advanced course in BIM Revit Autodesk software.
FEDERICA FRANZÈ
Head of Access & Inclusive Environments
Engineer
Ingegnera edile, esperta in progettazione inclusiva, sostenibilità ambientale ed innovazione sociale. Promuove concetti ecologici e di design for all per spazi pubblici e privati. Ha curato la parte di sostenibilità umana ed ambientale di vari asset tra cui l’Hospice Pediatrico Seragnoli progettato da Renzo Piano e l’edificio14 di ESA-ESRIN, agenzia spaziale europea.
MARTINA PAOLONI
ENERGY CONSULTANT
Engineer
Ingegnere, Consulente energetico CasaClima, opera nell’ambito della Bioarchitettura e della progettazione sostenibile. Svolge calcoli energetici per l’ottimizzazione dell’involucro edilizio, con particolare interesse allo studio di materiali innovativi ecosostenibili.
Si avvale di strumenti, quali il BIM per l’ottimizzazione e la gestione dei processi.
BIANCA BARBIERI
SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Architect
Architetto, LEED Green Associate ed Envision SP, laureata presso il Politecnico di Torino. Appassionata degli aspetti di sostenibilità si specializza con un master di II livello in Gestione energetica al Politecnico di Milano.
È inscritta all’albo degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Perugia.

Architect
Architetto, si occupa della progettazione di edilizia privata, pubblica, industriale, sport, energy, agroalimentare. Dagli studi di fattibilità con attività di analisi ambientale e territoriale, verifiche urbanistiche ed edilizie allo sviluppo e controllo del disegno preliminare, definitivo ed esecutivo.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Art Director
Dopo aver conseguito il Diploma Accademico presso lo IED, ha svolto attività di progettazione grafica per diverse aziende: case editrici, studi grafici, agenzie di comunicazione, studi di architettura, banche, enti pubblici. Grazie a queste esperienze, ha acquisito competenze strategiche e creative per lavorare al meglio nel campo della comunicazione e della creazione di contenuti per il web.
